Low Vacuum Dehydration Unit
Low Vacuum Dehydration & Degassification
Even 500 ppm of moisture in oil leads to catastrophic failures in hydraulic systems.
The LVDH unit removes water / moisture to below 50% of the saturation point in oil at low temperature (44–60 °C).

Moisture
< 50% sat.
Operates at
44–60 °C
Removes moisture without heating
Operates at low temperature
Removes moisture below 50% saturation point
Restores oil to its original properties
Improves system reliability & life
About the LVDH system
The Low Vacuum Dehydration & Degassification (LVDH) system is the most effective way to remove moisture, dissolved gases and volatile contaminants from oils without using heat.
The LVDH is the only system which can remove cracked oil, thus restoring oil to its original properties.
Applications
- Hydraulic Oils
- Turbine Oils
- Compressor Oils
- Gear Oils
- Dehydration before blending different oils
- Vacuum Pump & Compressor Seal Oils
